The Pavilion sits above the water's edge capturing a gentle breeze while providing a magnificent view down the cove to the main channel. This facility is large enough to accommodate catered picnics of over two hundred people.

The "Marina Pavilion" is available to all residents of the community for casual picnics and may be reserved at a nominal fee for weddings, reunions, birthdays, and any other excuse for a party.
