The Association is our “town hall”.  The friendly, professional staff administers all community maintenance, security and business affairs.  It maintains common properties - parks, playgrounds, open spaces, roadways, bike and hiking trails and the lake property; collects assessments and pays expenses.  It oversees and enforces the covenants and provides all other administrative functions.  The Association building also provides meeting rooms and resources for volunteer governing organizations.

While the Association administrators manage daily operations, the volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the residents, plans the future, manages the budget and deals with non-routine matters.  They meet at least monthly and serve three year terms.
