Security is a major priority of River Hills’ residents. A Security Staff of 13 full-time licensed and armed officers patrols the grounds and mans the front gatehouse at all times. Both gates admit residents with automatic automobile barcodes and the rear gate has a security camera. The three patrol cars record 80,000 miles annually.
The officers extend a warm greeting to visitors and provide maps and directions. They also assist on neighborhood emergency calls and security for special functions.
